The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and I enjoyed it. the property was set in a central area very close to various attractions and amenities such as shopping centers, airport, museums, downtown, SJSU. - Every member of the staff was brilliantly friendly. - Good service was provided here.

airconditioning, big bed.
poor service from front desk, card key didn't work many times after swiping-- only front desk people know how to swipe it with just the right strength, both my girlfriend and i tried many times and had to go to the front to ask for help

Sanjay was very nice and helpful. It was decent for the price and fairly quiet. Safety was a concern, I did not feel 100% safe there.

The location of the hotel is comfy and perfect, close to shopping centers, the airport, museums, downtown. The staff at the venue were very helpful and absolutely excellent all the time. The rooms were huge and reasonably large, with 2 king beds. In general, the service was good.

Staff is fabulously friendly!
Thanks very much for a fairly nice stay - would stay again and again. The hotel is comfortable and in a marvellous location to electrical outlet. This venue offers great quality and GOOD sized rooms with shower and a work desk, as for instance.

Friendly staff, clean and updated room with spacious and comfy bed. Quiet atmosphere. Continental breakfast available. Good size room with functioning TV and free Wi-Fi. Towels were thick and clean, hot and cold water readily available. Great amenities included free parking, 24-hour reception, laundry facilities, flat-screen TV, dryer.
